Salvation

You can be saved by God's amazing grace!

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9)

When you do confess and believe these truths, you'll receive God's gift of eternal life!  You'll have a home in Heaven with Him after you die, and you'll also receive the Covenant Blessings of His Peace, Presence, Power, Protection, and Provision here on earth.

If you've never asked Jesus to be the Lord of your life, just pray this simple prayer right now:

Dear Jesus,
     I need You.  I confess that I'm a sinner and that You are holy.  Jesus, I    believe you are God's Son and that He raised You from the dead.
     Thank You for dying on the Cross for me and for providing the only way for me to have a relationship with God.  Please forgive me for all my sins, and wash me clean with Your Blood.  Come and live in my heart now, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit.
     Thank You for rescuing me and giving me the opportunity to live in Heaven with You forever.  Please be the Lord of my life.  Teach me how to love You and walk with You every day.
     In Jesus' name I pray....Amen.

If you just prayed this prayer, you have been "born again" and saved by God's amazing grace.  The angels in heaven are rejoicing right now over you!  Welcome to the Family of God.

As you begin your new life with Jesus, make sure to spend time with Him every day.  Talk to Him.  Sit quietly and listen for the voice of His Holy Spirit to speak to you.

As you grow and mature in your new faith and your knowledge of the Bible, you will learn to recognize the Lord's voice speaking to you in your mind and heart.  He will bring you wonderful comfort and direction for your life as you gain an understanding of His Word.

The Lord has great things in store for you!  Here is His promise:

"I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says the Lord, "thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you" (Jeremiah 29:11-12).

In Him you are a "new creature," and Scripture says, "Old things have passed away; behold all things have become new"  (2 Corinthians 5:17).
